A HEAP OF GOOD REASONS TO USE BIOMASS FUELS AS A DOMESTIC HEAT SOURCE
 

Pellet and wood stoves represent one of the most innovative and advantageous systems for domestic heating. On the one hand they are practical and easy to use: they have completely automatic and electronicallymanagedfunction, and can also be remote-controlled. Above all, using these systems really keeps heating costs down compared with traditional fossil fuels, which translates into saving. The advantage of biomass heating comes from the fact that pellet and wood fuels are considerably more economical than oil and methane gas in terms of the same heat produced. 

 
 
 
The price of pellets is furthermore stable and reliable, since it is not affected by all of the factors that determine the price variations of fossil fuels, which are prey to wild market fluctuations and sociopolitical changes in the producing countries. As the last few years have shown, the trend in gas and oil prices is constant, noticeable increase, so much so as to generate a more and more marked gap compared with the advantage of using pellets. Purchasing a pellet stove can for this reason be considered a form of investment since it allows considerable long term savings, despite requiring an initial outlay
