AUTHORISATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with article 13 of L.D. 196/03, in its capacity of Data Controller, RAVELLI SRL, informs you that your data will be processed for contractual and commercial purposes, in paper and/or electronic form, in a manner that will guarantee their maximum security and confidentiality.
The data provided will be processed in relation to current contractual requirements and the subsequent fulfilments deriving from them and also for an efficient management of relations. In particular, they will be used for sending free copies of newsletters, i.e. for:
a) promotional ventures on services;
b) the sending of advertising, information and commercial information material;
c) interactive commercial communications;
d) registrations of the satisfaction of clients concerning the quality of the services provided.
The granting of your data is obligatory in order to achieve the ends mentioned above; failure to grant it or the granting of partial or inexact data could result in making it impossible to provide you with the requested replies.
In relation to the processing of personal data, you may exercise the rights pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code at any time by sending en e-mail with your requests to privacy@ravelligroup.it. |
